- Solid theoretical basis for inertial navigation, including Kalman, Quaternion, Data fusion and so on.

- Skilled use of MATLAB modeling and simulation, skilled use of C.

- Strong innovation, self-driving ability, good teamwork and communication, expressive ability.

- Excellent English reading and writing skills.

- Control/Monitoring/Navigation/Instrumentation/Signal processing and other related professional master or doctorate.
